Conversion Privilege Plan
As a graduating Dental Student, you have the ability to obtain up to $2,000 per month of individual disability coverage upon graduation (window of eligibility is 60 days pre graduation to July 31st).

Individual disability insurance coverage is on a Guaranteed Standard Issue basis:

• No medical underwriting required
• True Own-Occupation coverage with Specialty Language to age 65
• Enhanced Partial Disability Benefit & Recovery Benefit to age 65
• 3% Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA)
• 10% Mental and/or Substance-Related Disorder Limitation Discount1

As a graduating School of Dentistry Student, you may obtain a significant monthly benefit, regardless of your income.
